Tofu & potato scramble
Ingredients:
- Firm tofu
 - Canned asparagus
 - Two russet potatoes
 - Paprika
 - Garlic powder
 - Thyme
 - Vegetable oil
 - Barbecue sauce (vegan friendly)
 
Steps:
- Wash and cut potatoes into desired pieces
 - Season potatoes with garlic powder, paprika and thyme
 - Cut tofu and season like the potatoes
 - Turn on stovetop to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
 - Open canned asparagus
 - Once oil is heated, add in potatoes and cook until brown
 - Add seasoned tofu and asparagus
 - Cook until browned
 - Add some barbecue sauce for dipping
 - Enjoy
