Tofu & Spinach Wrap

Simple and Easy


Ingredients:

  1. Firm tofu
  2. Fresh spinach 
  3. Spinach tortilla
  4. Tomato
  5. Black beans
  6. Mushroom 
  7. Non-dairy cheese

Steps:

  1. Drain and cut desired amount of tofu 
  2. Season with garlic powder, thyme and paprika
  3. Wash all veggies
  4. Cut mushroom and tomato
  5. Spray pan with non-stick no oil spray
  6. Cook seasoned mushroom and tofu until slightly brown
  7. Heat up spinach tortilla 
  8. Heat up black beans in a small saucepan
  9. Mash black beans when cooked
  10. Turn off stove 
  11. Lay out spinach tortilla with spinach and add black beans after you’ve mashed them
  12. Add tofu and mushroom, sprinkle non-dairy cheese
  13. Add tomato
  14. Enjoy
