Tofu & Spinach Wrap

Ingredients:
- Firm tofu
- Fresh spinach
- Spinach tortilla
- Tomato
- Black beans
- Mushroom
- Non-dairy cheese
Steps:
- Drain and cut desired amount of tofu
- Season with garlic powder, thyme and paprika
- Wash all veggies
- Cut mushroom and tomato
- Spray pan with non-stick no oil spray
- Cook seasoned mushroom and tofu until slightly brown
- Heat up spinach tortilla
- Heat up black beans in a small saucepan
- Mash black beans when cooked
- Turn off stove
- Lay out spinach tortilla with spinach and add black beans after you’ve mashed them
- Add tofu and mushroom, sprinkle non-dairy cheese
- Add tomato
- Enjoy
