Strawberry & Bananna bliss Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 cup of frozen banana and strawberry mix 1/2 cup fresh spinach 1 cup of vanilla almond milk 1/2 of rolled oats 1/2 water Steps: Defrost the strawberry and banana mix for about 30 seconds or until thawed Get out your blender  Add in all your ingredients  Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth Pour into your favorite cup or favorite on-the-go cup Enjoy :)

Tofu & potato scramble

Ingredients: Firm tofu Canned asparagus  Two russet potatoes Paprika Garlic powder Thyme Vegetable oil Barbecue sauce (vegan friendly) Steps: Wash and cut potatoes into desired pieces Season potatoes with garlic powder, paprika and thyme Cut tofu and season like the potatoes Turn on stovetop to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Open canned asparagus Once oil is heated, add in potatoes and cook until brown Add seasoned tofu and asparagus  Cook until browned Add some barbecue sauce for dipping  Enjoy

Tofu & Spinach Wrap

Simple and Easy Ingredients: Firm tofu Fresh spinach  Spinach tortilla Tomato Black beans Mushroom  Non-dairy cheese Steps: Drain and cut desired amount of tofu  Season with garlic powder, thyme and paprika Wash all veggies Cut mushroom and tomato Spray pan with non-stick no oil spray Cook seasoned mushroom and tofu until slightly brown Heat up spinach tortilla  Heat up black beans in a small saucepan Mash black beans when cooked Turn off stove  Lay out spinach tortilla with spinach and add black beans after you’ve mashed them Add tofu and mushroom, sprinkle non-dairy cheese Add tomato Enjoy
